For clients working within a budget, wanting to see room relationships, or custom architectural features view our collection of stock plans. All of which showcase 3D architectural renderings to give a better idea of the exterior/interior look of a design.

Pricing
Stock plans are $1.50 per square foot. All changes are at an hourly rate of $95 per hour. Estimates gladly given. Repeat sale discounts available.

Our primary goal is to design a new building based on client’s goals. We then create construction documents describing the requirements of the structure. Documents will show enough detail to gain a local building permit and to effectively and efficiently guide the construction of the project.

Please note: Although Log Rhythms, Inc. is not a licensed engineer. We will work directly with an engineer licensed in the state where building will take place. We work with a number of local engineers or we will work with an engineer of your choice.

Documents will include:

• SITE PLAN
• FOUNDATION PLAN and DETAILS
• FLOOR PLANS
• ELEVATIONS
• FLOOR and ROOF FRAMING PLANS
• CROSS SECTION
• CONSTRUCTION DETAILS AS REQUIRED

Interior elevation drawings and electrical plans can be added to our services, if requested. The design services described above do not include: surveying, structural engineering, HVAC design, materials specifications and/or landscaping plans. If these services are requested, they can be added to the contract and we will work in cooperation with other service providers.
